They needed a system that could deliver not dozens, but thousands of new leads.

Réé Coffee came to me with a clear goal: generate at least 250 leads per month. My role as Strategic Creative Director was to build a complete content strategy — one that didn’t just look good, but delivered measurable growth. This meant thinking far beyond a single video. We designed a system that combined cinematic content, smart distribution, and a clear funnel to convert strangers into customers.

Before we touched a camera, I spent time with the team to get to the core: what makes Réé Coffee different, and why should people care? Those conversations shaped everything — from the messaging in the videos to the tone of the ads.

We structured the content into three levels:

  • Short punchy ads to capture attention and collect leads.
  • Story-driven videos to educate and build trust.
  • Conversion-focused content (email videos, landing page explainers) to turn interest into sign-ups.

This wasn’t just about content creation. I also aligned design, marketing, and distribution so the campaign would hit hard across every channel.

Building a campaign engine – and proving it works

For the production itself, we kept it fast and cinematic. We shot everything in a lean setup designed to create a year’s worth of content in days — from ads and documentaries to product shots and testimonials. The idea was simple: one creative engine, many outputs.

The results spoke for themselves: in just two weeks, the campaign generated 2,216 leads. That’s more than 8x the original goal. It wasn’t luck — it was a combination of sharp strategy, authentic storytelling, and a system built to scale.

My Role in this Project

  • Led the strategic direction of the full lead generation campaign
  • Conducted brand interviews to identify unique positioning and authentic stories
  • Designed the three-tier content system (ads → storytelling → conversion)
  • Directed video production: from documentary storytelling to sharp ad creatives
  • Ensured alignment between design, marketing, and distribution for maximum output
  • Oversaw post-production and performance tracking to optimize results
