Elaut isn’t just about amusement machines — they’re also an employer in need of great people. The challenge? Hire the right talent fast.
As Strategic Creative Director, my role was to design a full employer branding video system that didn’t just look appealing, but actually worked to attract, filter, and convert candidates.
Instead of making a single brand film, we built an entire recruitment funnel: job films + short ads + landing page content — everything needed to pull in the right applicants and make clear who the jobs were for (and who they weren’t).
One-day shoot, full recruitment funnel
We had just one production day to create it all. That meant sharp planning and a structured approach:
Job Films – Explainers that walked candidates through what the role involves, what makes it rewarding, and what the challenges are. Honest, clear, no fluff.
Short Ads – Scroll-stopping cutdowns designed for social and paid media, driving traffic to the recruitment landing page.
Landing Page Content – A library of authentic visuals and messaging designed to convert interest into applications.
This wasn’t about glossy branding — it was about creating clarity, honesty, and impact in a single content system.
Results
The campaign gave Elaut exactly what they needed:
A suite of job films that explained roles in human, straightforward language.
A library of short recruitment ads built for digital distribution.
A landing page video package that funneled the right candidates straight into applications.
By shooting everything in a single day, we maximized efficiency without sacrificing storytelling. The result: a content engine that continues to bring in the right hires.
