Lenovo runs worldwide events where they bring together influencers, decision-makers, and partners from across the tech industry. These events are designed to spark conversations — but to make that happen, you need content that people can actually share.

That’s where I came in. My role as Strategic Creative Director was to orchestrate everything: from capturing content on-site to making sure it was distributed in a way that turned guests into active voices on LinkedIn.

We weren’t just shooting videos — we were building a content system that powered visibility, influence, and engagement long after the event ended.

Orchestrating a global content engine

At each Lenovo event, we set up a dedicated content shoot designed to give attendees everything they needed to post and share immediately. The workflow covered:

  • On-site content capture – video, photography, and social-first snippets designed for immediate use.
  • Smart packaging – cutting content into LinkedIn-ready clips, vertical reels, and professional portraits.
  • Streamlined delivery – building systems and using the right tools so attendees had instant access to their content.
  • Strategic distribution – ensuring stakeholders, influencers, and partners had everything they needed to amplify Lenovo’s story across social channels.

This wasn’t random coverage. It was orchestration: every shot, every clip, every piece of delivery planned to maximize impact.
